Exclusive or not?

So, are we letting any one and every one participate on the forum if they want to? Or are we going for the V.I.P. idealism, "Members Only?"

I agree. While I dislike my English classes, I have a basic understanding of sentence structure and spelling. That's why I've made it my official job as forum spellchecker. :3

hmm the only problem with exclusive to jsut cc members is that there are also afew rather annying ones. I think we should jsut have a strict policy to use readable puctuation and RP etiquette. Leave it open as we might get some nice people in and to be truly honest unless we adversise on FA or something almost all of our member will be from clawcast anyway. But yes i think we should just police a rp etiquette rule as jsut drop a note to anyone who writes in letters instead of words...

Yes, if I have to edit every single post they put out there, (Robbie withstanding, his keyboard is messed us for some reason, of which I have forgotten), it's time they find somewhere else to spend their free time. A slip here and their I'm fine with, most people won't notice. Also, I personally will not chastise someone who is at least legitimately trying to participate.
I also think that while the need for exclusivity when we are deep into a story is essential, we don't want to shun everyone that we see as "unclean" from having fun with us while we have yet to even start a story yet.

Well hmmm To be or not to be... That is the question..... I think we should definitely make it slightly exclusive but not to exclusive as has already been said many times. But I think we should have a time continuum (Don't suddenly change the environment... Like from night to day suddenly. Hinting towards it is ok but there is nothing I hate more then like an hour long gap in the middle of a damn sentence.) , a joining rule. (AKA don't turn around and JUMP into the scene unexpectedly... This has got to be my biggest pet peave... If this comes into effect I will use my power to delete posts. I don't mind people joining in but when you change the direction of the story or scene just so you can fit in it really puts a damper on the flow of the story.) , and of course a put it to vote kind of rule. ( In other words don't take it upon yourself to direct the story.) Well thats my two cents.. Can I have my peice of gum now? WHAT DO YOU MEAN I'M THREE CENTS SHORT...

Edit: Oh and I just thought I would mention that I think we all need to refrain from just putting a number instead of typeing it out.. Iron's the worste for it. It just makes the story flow easyier when reading. Personaly when I see numbers sticking out like that it takes me out of the scene and back into reality. Unless it's like a code on the wall sort of thing.. Some thing that needs to be emphisised.

hmm how about this for an idea... signing up to the forums is easy and anyone can do it anytime (how it is now). But with this once an RP begins you cannot join unless everyone in said RP yas yes and everyone figures out in advance where the new person will jump in (the RP disscusion/planning thred perhaps). People can join a surf around however they like but to actualy be involved in a rolplay you have to be in the founding group or talk with the founding group to get slotted in somehow (they might have to do a character sheet perhaps so everyone know how they might fit into the RP)

As for vip, i think we should make good use of the "Usergroups" tab. Maybe make a 'Good RPers Club', or 'Exclusive RPing Group'.

The company that my dad used to bundle the phone and the internet into one moved and we had to wait till they got settle in. Then after that it was back up for two days then down another two WEEKS. NOw I have to wait till Wensday till I get my internet back up.

God I would switch providers. I can't stand not havin my interwebs... I'd lose faith in society if some one sudo rm -f / 'ed the internets.
