"I live outside of the city, past the suburbs and such, I catch the bus
when I can. I drove up here today, and needed to catch the bus back to
the garage. Never liked the hustle and bustle of the big city."
Smiling softly.

"Only reason I live here is its next to free.... At least the way I live." Shimo began to open the door to one of the apartments. "Prepare yourself." Shimo said as he opened the door revealing a small single mattress lieing in the middle of the floor surrounded by computer parts sthrew about. And the walls covered and tables covered in half drawn and burnt penciled images of porn. "Its not much but hey when you wanna live for free, you can't be choosey."

A look of amusement was strewn across Volk's face,
"Yes, quite a place you have here. You draw for a living?"

"Use to... Just a scam artist now." He said with a chuckle and a slight blush in his cheeks while tucking a couple pictures under an old pizza box sitting next to a computer tower.

Noticing him hide something,
"What you got under there?"
Smiling back at him.

"Oh its nothing... Just some old doodles."

Looking out the window,
"Alright then. So, now that were here?"
Looking back at the little fox.

Shimo looked away blushing "I dunno what do you wanna do."

Looking him in the eye,
"Judging by the telescope and camera equipment that is looking down at the bus stop I frequent every other day, I think you have a pretty good idea what you want to do."

"Ummm Whadya mean?" Shimo said looking around nervously.

A stern look on his face,
"You think I can't put two and two together? The doodles that have a stunning similarity to me, knowing my bus schedule so you would meet me, random chance, or a longing lover at a distance?"

"Well err um....... Ahhh......" Shimo said then sighed.... "Well it all started when you saved my life..... I never used to be into guys.... But you um, you changed that."

"Saved your life? When did I do that?"
A quizzical look on his face.

"You don't remember?" Shimo looked away with a tear growing in his eye. "When we were in high school..... There was that incident in the hall." Shimo looked up at Volk. "Do you still have the scar?"

His face going pale,
"Tha... that was you. I was just standing up for some kid being bullied in the hall. Then they pointed that knife toward you. They attacked, and I blocked them. You ran away, and I never saw you again, until today, that is."

"But I've seen you." Shimo said with a smirk on his face.

Taking one of his hands,
"Why did you never tell me?"

" I was scared.... I didn't even know if you would, well if you would like me back." Shimo said looking away. His face now beat red.

Holding his face close,
"You were the only person that I ever felt a loss for. To save someone and have them run away, I would have, just for you."

"Really?" Shimo said looking up at Volk. Now with a grin from ear to ear.

Holding him closer,
"Yes,"
He kisses him softly.

"I love you." Shimo said as he reached up the front of Volks t-shirt only to rest upon his strong firm chest. "Your so strong..... I just wanna feel your arms around me... It makes me feel safe. Like I've always wanted."

He holds Shimo close, wrapping his arms around him.
"I've been waiting a long for this,"
Kissing him deeply.

"I love you Jessica." Shimo said holding Volk even tighter.

Volk shoves him away,
"Who the hell is Jessica?!"
Anger growing on his face.
